Dennis Spinelli has been providing quality tax services to individuals and businesses for his entire career spanning over 30 years.  His areas of expertise range from all aspects of taxation – individuals, small businesses (including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs), estate, inheritance, and gift taxes as well as the start up and support of small businesses.  Dennis has lived in Monmouth/Ocean County nearly his entire life. His father was a very successful CPA and partner in one of the largest national accounting firms.  After attending Freehold Township High School, Dennis received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1983 and Masters of Science in Taxation from Pace University in 1988.  In 1985 Dennis earned his CPA and began establishing his career that would enable him to serve as a partner in two large national accounting firms, Corporate Tax Director for Summit Bank, and the owner-operator of his own tax practice.

Dennis has also developed a specialized expertise in providing tax services to banks and financial institutions of all sizes through his 30+ years of servicing the industry sector.  These services include tax return preparation (including consolidated tax returns and tax returns for all states), tax accounting and provision work, tax consulting and planning, IRS and state audit support, and other specialty areas including mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, etc.
